What’s a Queenager™? We’re Writing the Rules

Women of a certain age have certainly arrived. If you are fifty or more, you are probably wondering what website can help me with the issues I’m facing now?

These issues are different than the ones you faced 20 or 30 years ago as a young woman, potentially with little kids, learning to navigate your world with a spouse or significant other, also younger, maybe upgrading your living situation to accommodate a growing family, and/or juggling it all, maybe working hard in a job you loved.

Now things are different. Life doles out stuff you might not have expected.

As queenagers, however, we’re not ready to give up, just yet!

We were the yuppies who are now heading into grandmotherhood, the baby boomers who’s Millennial children have displaced us from the workforce, the fans of Madonna, Dolly and Cher who are still stanning our favs.

Maybe even you’ve still got kids in high school or college. Or never had kids at all. Yep, we can help with that too!

If that sounds like you and you’re looking to solve some of life’s riddles and take the pulse on how other queenagers are handling the journey, join us at ShesTheDay.com and let’s make some new rules. Read, comment, follow, share (Yes! Do it!) and spread the word.

Do you want to write for us? Reach out on the Contact Us section. We’ll publish you!

  1. This looks like a very interesting website! I’m 71 and I write, illustrate and publish books with activities for children and families. I have 11 titles in print and my “Mother Lode” book includes more than 5,000 activities for toddlers through teens. Currently, I’m in the process of creating a new website and will include the link as soon as it is up and running.

    1. Glad you like it! We’re here to amuse, please, engage and inspire! When did you start writing children/family activity books?

  2. Can someone talk to me about sleep? I cannot sleep and it’s driving me cra cra! Thoughts?
